TERMS, CONDITIONS AND OTHER LEGALS.

The Fifty Quid Danger Fund (”the Fund”) is an unincorporated not-for-profit
organisation with the goal of making everyday life a little less ordinary.

Application to the Fund is open to all residents of the UK.

Applicants retain the copyright and all other intellectual property rights
associated with any idea and any material sent to us. By sending us material
applicants give us an unlimited license in perpetuity to reproduce that material
in any way we see fit. This is to allow us to publicise and promote the Fund.

Applicants take full responsibility for any legal ramifications of sending
us or fulfilling their ideas. The Fund and its officers accept no responsibility
whatsoever with regard to the legal status of the idea. An award of funding is
not confirmation or otherwise on the legality of the idea, and it remains the
applicant’s responsibility to ensure that the idea is carried out in
accordance with all relevant laws and regulations.

If a successful applicant fails to send us the outcome report of their
idea within 3 months of receipt of the funding they will be ineligible to
receive any further funding in the future.

Each person can only send us one idea per round of funding. Once you’ve either:

a. heard back from us that your idea hasn’t got funding (boo), or
b. successfully received funding, done your idea and sent us your report on how it went

…then you can reapply with a different idea.

We will retain your personal details solely for the purpose of administrating
the Fund, and will not pass your details on to any third parties.
